I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was wonderful, right by the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants. However, the rooms were quite cramped, making it challenging to unpack, and not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The service was a hit-or-miss with some staff being friendly and helpful while others displayed rude behavior. The dining options were average, and there were unexpected charges for incidentals not communicated upfront.

The room I stayed in was right above the aircon, making it noisy at times. It was so small that I didn't even have space to open my luggage comfortably. The lack of surface area to place things made unpacking a hassle.

The service varied during my stay. Some staff members were very helpful and friendly, especially Kemurka who assisted me patiently when I had issues with my credit card. However, other staff members were disrespectful, and I was unexpectedly charged $200 per night for incidentals without prior notice.

The location was nice, being on South Beach, with the swimming pool adjacent to the beach, which is great for families. It was a short walk to many excellent restaurants.

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, although I wished there was a socket near the mirror. The lack of an ocean view was a downside, but the room was still comfortable and adequate at a good price.
